This PR addresses MegaMek/megameklab#2060 by updating the MASH equipment definition so it is treated as valid Small Craft (SC) equipment, allowing it to appear for Small Craft where equipment lists are filtered by SC capability flags.

Changes:

• Add the F_SC_EQUIPMENT flag to the MASH misc equipment definition in MiscType.
