- Introduced a new scenario template XML defining the "Intercept the Escapees" scenario. This scenario will be used by the upcoming prisoner rework.
Updated the ScenarioType enum to include a new type, "SPECIAL_JAIL_BREAK", and added a corresponding helper method, isJailBreak(), to identify this scenario. Adjusted the copyright notice to cover 2025.
