- Introduced a new checkbox in the campaign options UI to reset the criminal record.
- Updates the campaign by clearing the date of the last crime and resetting crime-related penalties and modifiers when the option is selected.
- Added corresponding labels and tooltips to the CampaignOptionsDialog properties for the new feature.
