createEVMClientandcreateMultichainClientin relevant methods references. This mirrors thecreateSolanaClientdocumentation and establishes a reference for the config options.Also edit related content, including updating guides/quickstarts/etc with clearer context and links to the methods references.
EVM guides need a more thorough edit to align with format of multichain and Solana guides. To do in future PR.

createEVMClient/createMultichainClient(parameters, singleton/async behavior, and examples) and update related callouts to deep-link to these sections.Refreshes guides/quickstarts to align with the new references and reorganized Solana docs. Multiple EVM/Multichain/Solana pages are updated with clearer wording, new cross-links to method docs, and updated demo screenshots/URLs; Solana “send transactions” guides are moved under
