QoL fixes
- Any cards that target the pyre now won't scroll to the pyre room, to keep in line with how Scourge cards that damage pyre are handled.
- Any cards that target the room shouldn't have a target indicator anymore
- Albert's Utility path redone, taking this path adjust the scaling he gets when played along with base stat increases (rather than X cost reduction, it has been expanded)
- Tooltip descriptions adjusted.
- Construct is propagatable
