QoL fixes

  • Any cards that target the pyre now won't scroll to the pyre room, to keep in line with how Scourge cards that damage pyre are handled.
  • Any cards that target the room shouldn't have a target indicator anymore
  • Albert's Utility path redone, taking this path adjust the scaling he gets when played along with base stat increases (rather than X cost reduction, it has been expanded)
  • Tooltip descriptions adjusted.
  • Construct is propagatable
