We are having issues with motor 4. Rather than rotating as expected, it instead just vibrates. Not sure if one of the coils of the motor is dead (worst case scenario - though it was definitely working earlier in the year), or if there is a connection issue, or if the mechanics of joint 4 are messed up somehow (but the joint spins smoothly with low friction, and the links are secured well).
