…ed Neo4J aura, added neo4j connection test scripts, configured Dockerfile which needs to be pruned based on neo4j connection needs. The graph is fetched from GraphDB, but the node colors are not rendered properly. Need to work on that next before implementing functions.

Docker Container is set up, and Neo4j is somewhat connected, but the values returned from the Cypher queries are not currently rendered on the Dash app. Still needs to be pruned, the setup.bat and setup.sh files need to be configured.
I am having some issues in my local VSC IDE, I might try to finalize the set up in Codespaces.
@jesslourenco, if this looks good to you, we can start adding the placeholder directories and files, so we have a clear roadmap for the APIs and routes.
Poetry is such a pain, I miss npm.
