- Add AddURDF.srv with urdf_name, urdf_string, urdf_pose fields
- Add AttachURDF.srv with urdf_name field instead of tool_name
- Add DetachOrRemoveURDF.srv with urdf_name field instead of tool_name
- Update CMakeLists.txt to include new URDF service files
- Fixes build error where moveit_studio_plugins was looking for missing URDF service headers after Tool->URDF migration
