Alright this is a lot better than the last attempt already. I like the orbs of the water biome, and the little detail that some of them are partially filled with water.
However as carrie already pointed out: The biome doesn't look great at day, and it also clashes with the surrounding landscape. Now Argmaster proposed to put them into the caves and I think that would be a good idea.
For the water biome, I'd suggest reducing the height (and height variation), so it's always below the surface. You can also add normal oceans (and don't forget the beaches) as a transition biome, which should prevent them from spawning next to the land.
For the other biomes I'd suggest to turn them into cave biomes and maybe put one of them into the roots (or make a unique root variant).

This seems good only as a cave biome, looks bad above ground |

waow this is very cool |
A series of biomes, primarily found in the caves, along with one on the surface. They have strange alien pillars along with glowing formations in the sky. The variants are the archipelago, starlight, streamer, and cave variants. Pictures of each below.
The archipelago is formed in oceans, just below the waves.

The cave variant has no floating glowy formations and only generates in caves.

The starlight and streamer variants are in the roots, and have two different glowing formations above them.
