Based on #307

Currently requires publishing QuiltMC/syntaxpain#8 locally.

  • uses updated syntaxpain
  • adds offset line numbers to entry tooltips
  • makes selection and pairsMarker colors configurable (and gives darcula and darcerula custom default colors)
