docs: correct search params, fix dark mode and focus

What I did

1. Fixed search params
2. Fixed dark mode and focus/ outline ring colors

TODO:

• Fix search not working outside /search/ path, including: Tokens overview page and sub pages.
• Fix quick selection not redirecting to correct tokens sub route. ie --rh-color-border-subtle-on-light routes to Global color tokens instead of border tokens page.
• Fix Home/End button setting focus on top and bottom token in list
• Fix any other issues listed in [docs] Remove search from token pages #2640
• Additional accessibility testing

Notes to Reviewers

Follow up starting point to removing the search (currently broken) on ux.
Should follow the merge of #2641 after all accessibility issues are resolved in the issue listed on this PR.
