feat: add showLbaStatus to support LBA Status Log

LBA Status Log is a existing log (19h) but with new additions to support regen feature.

Currently only SATA is implemented since I don't have SAS drives yet. The new functions are created following existing functions for showPhysicalElementStatus.

Seagate/opensea-operations#38 needs to be bumped as dependency of this commit.

Thanks for opening this, I will review it.
I did a quick check and saw in ACS-6 that LBA status is log 19h and 59h is the new power consumption control feature (which I was just looking at ahead of this request pull request haha).
But in the related opensea-operations pull request you are using the correct enum value which goes to 19h, so that will be fine.

I'll go through in more depth later this week to check the code in detail.

All the changes look good. I will work on merging this soon. My plan is to complete this before Dec 19 (this week).
