v1.3: Yet more fixes. Starting to get pretty reliable!

• Fixed issue causing backgrounds to export to wrong folder.
• Fixed issue causing font glyphs to be exported when font textures should be and vice versa.
• Fixed patcher crash caused by missing info files.
