左右分割で使用時の最低CPIを低くしました。
Lower minimum CPI when used in split.
オートマウスの反応を少し敏感にし、レイヤー継続時間を少し伸ばしました。
Made the automouse response a bit more sensitive and extended the layer duration a bit.

設定値をconfig.hにまとめました。
