还有一点没有完成，我这里刚刚翻译完成chat info，另外还有一个parser没有完成。
另外有没有办法提前预览翻译内容？还是必须自己编译才可以？在没有游戏画面的情况下翻译可能会出现一些翻译错误。谢谢

添加了日语版本的Readme和游戏翻译文件，并且翻译了大概50%左右的日语翻译，因为自己对专有名词的翻译没有太高的信心，所以暂时没有在现有的Readme添加链接，parser.ftl和chat-into也没有翻译。之后有空会补上希望社区的朋友们帮忙，谢谢。
上次提交的pr（[Readme]日本語版README #526）因为本人瞎操作所以本人关闭了。
