Pressing the Command button then clicking on a trackpad on a Mac (Sequoia 15.4) works under Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Brave (only those 4 tested). I Command/clicked on a List item and a new tab for that record was created.

This PR allows for admin to open a new tab when viewing a submission by using crtl-click for Windows/Linux and cmd-click for Mac. Resolves #1948
