Here is a (not complete) list of other open-source software for PTU reading/FLIM analysis.

ImageJ/FIJI:

• FLIMJ (and more broadly FLIMLib). You can use this plugin's stacks as an input.
• PTU_Writer to make PTU files from Z-stacks (works to convert abberior TIMEBOW).

Python:
