Minor update with some level tweaks and some enemy changes.

  • Scav Walls and Power Generators are now MEDIUM structures.
  • Scav choppers have increased speed and deceleration.
  • The southwest scav factory on L3 (the one that produces bus tanks) is now slightly slower.
