Translate the Pomodoro settings modal's labels, status messages and errors into English, German and Russian. Add the modal to the hardcoded-string guard so newly introduced UI literals are detected.
Verified: catalog and placeholder checks, the hardcoded-i18n guard, Svelte checking with no errors or warnings, and the frontend app/embed build.
Native desktop interaction was not tested. Local Node was 26.7.0 rather than pinned 24.18.0; Bun was 1.3.14 rather than requested 1.4. These checks do not establish exact CI-toolchain parity.
