Adds support for comparing doubles, via intrinsics like
__ledf2incomparedf2.c.This is basically identical to the float support, as are tests (G_MERGE_VALUES is a bit painful idk if there's a better way).
Did bonus sanity checks comparing random doubles on AIE2 hardware.
