NEUROSEG is a Jupyter-based workflow for brain and organoid fluorescence imaging: StarDist nuclear segmentation, optional ROI-restricted analysis, and three ways to call cells positive for markers (average intensity, colocalization / morphology, or APOC object classification). Downstream steps support multi-marker subpopulations and Napari QC visualization.
This release contains the same core functionalities tested across OS (win-64, linux-64, osx-arm64) in v1.0.0 but with the following changes:
- Updated environment setup instructions
- Citation instructions
- README.md refactor for improved readability
