Summary
Add support for evaluating intermediate encoder layer features in downstream evals and fold layer sweeps into the normal
full_eval_sweep.pyentrypoint.This adds a
feature_exit_depthoption to downstream eval tasks, usestoken_exit_cfgin the eval wrapper to extract features from a specified encoder depth, and adds--task_names/--layer_depthsflags tofull_eval_sweep.pyso teammates can run layer sweeps on arbitrary checkpoints.
