How to add a new Category Menu item in Openbravo 3.0

Login to the Openbravo Backoffice.

Steps to create Product Category

• Navigate to Application -> Master Data Management -> Product Setup -> Product Category

• Click on New record button to create new product category

• Enter the new Product Category details in the form, like searchkey, Name, image(if any), Description and organization.

• Click on Save button to save thee product category

Steps to create Product

• Navigate to Application -> Master Data Management -> Product.

• Click on New record button to create new product.

• Enter the new product details in the form, like Searchkey, Name, Image(if any), Description, Product * Category, Tax category, Organization etc.,

• Next Enter the product price by adding a new record for Price tab.

• If Costing Rule, Costing etc., are to be added to the product, Please add new record for tabs Costing Rule, Costing.
