Achievable functionality:

1. Report level restrictions [ For instance, cash up report, customer invoice report]

2. Process level restriction [For example, Add Payment]

3. Window Access[Assortment]

4. UI App Process[Save Order]

5. UI view restrictions[ smartclient based manual view does but it’s not implemented enyo based]

   

6. Document level restriction[ Sales Order, Purchase Order and so on]

What we cannot achieve:

Not available Front-end restrictions [For instance, Restrict modifiers, add modifiers in the front end] WebPOS UI functionality is not registered in view implementation like smart client. If we restrict it document level, it would impact all places.So it is not recommended.
