…sted-plugin catalog (#88) PR #82 added perps.fetchHyperliquidMarketRadar and perps.getHyperliquidAccountHealth to the Ask Gina listed-plugin read catalog, skill guidance, evals, and docs. Those tools are exposed only through the separate Perps MCP host-tools surface (tools:execute), not the read-only Gina connector; docs/perps-mcp/features.mdx already documents them there. Advertising them in the listed plugin would make the skill promise tools the Gina MCP does not expose and breaks the chatbot byte-for-byte mirror conformance (31-tool catalog lock). This reverts the catalog/skill/eval/doc additions while preserving the SOURCE_COMMIT bump to the merged radar runtime.
