On macOS, it is not considered reliable to run the integration tests for FUSE. This PR introduces a container for performing development-related tasks, but in particular running integration tests.
This allows developers using a macOS system to run FUSE tests using a real Linux kernel (when using something like Docker Desktop, Colima, Finch, etc..).
