This PR introduces support for the Semidrive's E3650 platform and added dual baremetal demo for this platform.

Forced clean before building baremetal guests. This resolves a critical issue where stale object files were reused across different VM builds (with different MEM_BASE), causing runtime aborts(especially in the case of building dual baremetal demo).
