Added UI language files (strings.xml) for Traditional Chinese (values-zh-rHK & values-zh-rTW) The language files are converted to Traditional Chinese using the current simplified Chinese xml for values-zh-rCN When applied, this commit will display Traditional Chinese characters in UI for devices with locale set to zh-rHK / zh-rTW
