As discussed during the CHIPSALLIANCE Caliptra WG from May 7th 2026, Caliptra Trademark Usage is granted for a specific version of Caliptra and a critical vulnerability discovered in the future in said version should not invalidate the grant.

"Suggestion" needs to be removed, as this is not a suggestion. I don't recall why the existing items appear as "suggestion" in this doc, but IMO that should be removed from those as well.
