Adds support for SHA384/SHA512 streaming mode
I noticed that LMS_SIGNATURE_VERIFY requires the SHA accelerator driver. This PR addresses issue #1361. I was hoping #1637 would be updated, but since it appears to be no longer maintained, I am updating it myself.
