Yes, it is not quite the format like the other 2 folders.
Currently would find out where to host the OMERO croissants, so we can dissect them like the HuggingFace / Kaggle ones? Does that sound like a good next step? @david4096

Alright, now that croissant-rdf is being brought to the croissantml repo mlcommons/croissant#848, we could use the momentum and discuss the next steps @david4096 @joshmoore

The options I could see:

• store / produce on the fly CroissantML JSON-LD from OMERO (something like https://github.com/david4096/croissant-rdf/blob/main/src/croissant_rdf/providers/dataverse.py)
• produce JSON-LD representation using omero rdf (probably a more pristine way)

We might join forces with Croissant Sage Health & Bio working group (https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1uREePrWgJjYXySOJ-ylklGhPUHf_FLMcAWeDpHnZpPU/edit#slide=id.g33867d313c5_0_18) if it makes sense, they also talk about making CroissantML records available on Google Datasets search which I find to be a huge findability bonus.
