Adds in the diff between Logilica's imported repo list and what we remembered to add, or originally added, via the config file, so it is now a complete list of what Logilica is pulling data from.
These are already in Logilica, so I did not run an import via the tool, although there should be no harm in doing so. If we should before merging, I'm happy to.
