This adds "Force Move" in the style of D2r as a mappable key command, and also adds a Gameplay Option to always attack in place, as though you are holding shift down (when you are hovering terrain or monsters, otherwise it allows normal interactions).
I am not an experienced C programmer and I don't usually manually manage memory. I don't think I used anything that allocates or frees directly, but I'm not certain.
If you are reviewing this please assume I have no idea what I am doing, let me know if I need to do anything more.
