Replays only ECC paths (.agents, .claude, .codex) onto current merged.
Preserves attribution guard scripts and .cursor/rules from merged PR #7.

Fixes accidental guard deletion from the prior tree-replay reanchor.

Guard deletion postmortem (fixed in 96f4f00d)

The prior tip (e0678741) accidentally deleted all .cursor/rules/* attribution rules and scripts/git/* guard scripts.

Why: During the dual-pedigree merged reanchor (2026-07-28), PR #10 was replayed with git diff <old-merged> <ecc-tip> | git apply onto the new merged base. That replay carried the delta from an integrative tree that predated merged PR #7 (attribution guards). Git interpreted the missing guard paths as deletions relative to current merged.

Fix: Rebuilt branch from merged @ 015cd4ef (after #11 + #13) and checked out only ECC paths (.agents/, .claude/, .codex/). Attribution guards are preserved; diff is now 11 files added, 0 guard deletions.

Please re-review — mergeable/CLEAN as of this push.
