Summary

Integrative synthesis of PR #36 (ecc-tools/periscope-1785391024054) onto current merged using path-scoped replay (oramasys-method + periscope-ecc sidecar pattern from PR #12/#30).

Rejected (wholesale merge)

PR #36 is CLOSED / CONFLICTING because its branch was generated from pre-integration upstream. A full merge would:

  • Revert cmd/periscope → cmd/agentsview (2000+ file regression)
  • Delete PR feat: add periscope ECC bundle #30 command scaffolds (context-visualizer-ui-feature-workflow.md, database-schema-and-storage-migration.md, etc.)
  • Replace harmonized SKILL.md / instincts with stale auto-generated ECC content
  • Drop localization/testing ECC skills present on merged

merge: harmonize onto latest merged (PR #37 cursor synthesis + PR #38 …
a158f3f 
…pypi rename)

Brings in cursor-agent's independent PR #36 parser-provider synthesis
(merged as #37) and the periscope-agentsview PyPI rename (#38), which
had landed on merged concurrently with this branch's reconciliation
work. No real conflicts -- the only touched files (build_wheels.py,
build_wheels_test.py, release.yml) were edited identically in both
places and resolved by taking the already-merged version.
