Added a sitemap.txt file containing a comprehensive list of URLs. Updated web.xml to map .txt file requests to the default servlet, enabling proper handling of the sitemap file.
This commit updates the version from 37.2.11 to 37.3.0 in the Java conventions Gradle file.
