test(upgrade): add upgrade workaround playbook#1190

This commit fixes a bug in `GetDSReplicationStatus` that was causing `transitions` field context to spill over to next items in `DBs` array.
This commit introduces an ad-hoc upgrade workaround playbook. This playbook currently codifies only 6.1.0 -> 6.2.0 stuck upgrade workaround, and tests it.
