the single arm launch file was missing

The single-arm launch file was removed when OpenArm 2.0 was released (#91).
Did you want to use a single-arm setup?

The README is also still on v1.0 (it uses arm_type:=v10 and points to the removed openarm.launch.py), so that needs updating.
