ErlideTestUtils.createErlProject(pp1) adds a project to an uninitiated list and throwing an exception. Start test by initiate ErlideTestUtils to avoid failures from ModuleLocatorTest:setup().
Bumped version manually using: git grep -l '0.61.1' | xargs sed -i 's/0.61.1/0.62.0/g'

Update required version for the dependency
com.google.guava.The current version-limit clashes with other dependencies requirement, and changing our requirement seems working fine.
