I don't encounter any errors in basic testing of the modified segmenter. Before merging this PR, I will need to first merge PlanktoScope/pallet-standard#9 and then bump the pallet in the distro setup scripts; and I will also need to delete some commented-out lines of code in the Python backend setup script. |

This PR bumps the distro's pallet-standard to incorporate the changes made by PlanktoScope/pallet-standard#9 (and, in turn, PlanktoScope/device-pkgs#8 and PlanktoScope/device-backend#22).
