I tested this PR on both hardware v2.1 (adafruithat) and hardware v2.6 (planktoscopehat), and I didn't see any obvious problems, so I will merge this PR now. |

This PR restores the Node-RED dashboard's "Restart segmenter" button functionality, because it was broken by #352. This PR also fixes the planktoscopehat version of the Node-RED dashboard's link to the Cockpit logs for the hardware controller (previously they were linking to the adafruithat version of the hardware controller's service page in Cockpit).
This PR also renames
pscopehattoplanktoscopehat, following a decision made in the 2024-03-21 software meeting.
