Upstream openai/skills removed .curated/frontend-skill; the replacement lives in openai/plugins at plugins/build-web-apps/skills/frontend-app-builder, ships richer content (agents/, references/), and the repo has no LICENSE file so we drop the fabricated Apache-2.0 claim.

The replacement skill lives inopenai/pluginsatplugins/build-web-apps/skills/frontend-app-builderand ships richer content (agents/,references/). This PR repoints the script and drops the previously-claimedApache-2.0license since the new repo declares none, matching how #175 handledanthropic-plugin-dev.
