Add FixedPointUnloader which unloads a geometry using the backward displacement method similar to what is implemented in legacy pulse.
We also add a new function
map_vector_fieldwhich maps a vector field (i.e fiber field) to the new unloaded geometry.Add two demos which demonstrates both the prestressing class (using the IEP method - which was already implemented) on a BiV geometry as well as a demo showing how to use the FixedPoint unloader on an LV ellipsoid.
