Fix Biome linter errors + TS errors + accessibility violations

This PR:

• Fixes most of the remaining Biome linter errors. There are currently still three Biome errors left, which will be tackled as part of this issue: Implement keyboard arrow navigation for composite components #116
• Fixes the TypeScript errors in src/components/navigations/Tabs/Tabs.stories.tsx, and removes it from the exclude list.
• Fixes some of the accessibility violations reported by axe. Though a decent number of these still remain, most of them due to color contrast violations.
• Tries to work around this axe parallelism issue.
• Fixes most of the incorrect uses of onClick described in Accessibility – Remove use of onClick throughout the codebase (except within things like Button/SubmitButton) #68.

After this PR, we have the following left to fix:

• 3 biome errors
• 92 (out of 273) failing accessibility tests
