This PR introduces minor enhancements to the development container configuration:

  • Adds mesa-utils to ensure proper Gazebo rendering on systems with just intel integraded graphics card.
  • Mounts installation space volumes to accelerate rebuilds and reduce redundant compilation.
  • Extends python.analysis.extraPaths to include the ROS2 install space, improving IntelliSense and code navigation in VS Code.
