Addresses #126
Somewhere deep in the undocumented territory of Plots.jl was a change between v1.40.19 and v1.40.20 which changed how fill colors are handled. It seems to be related to JuliaPlots/Plots.jl#5175
I have no idea why that affected our functions, but I've managed to find a fix.
