getAuthUsernameand passplaceholderusernameif not foundLocally tested it with Simple-git and a GitHub App token. Confirmed Anthony's theory that the
usernamefield inhttps://username:[email protected]/owner/repo.gitdoes not matter for both clone and push, so returningplaceholderusernamewhen no user is tied to a token, which usually is the case when it's a GitHub App token.
