Guess who forgot to open a PR for something that has been ready for 7 months
This PR addresses differences between the documentation of CPUParticles2D and CPUParticles3D (within reason). For each member, whichever of the two has the most detailed description is chosen.
This comes with the goal not only making the two consistent, but also reducing the overall amount of strings to localize.
