Decision Records

It's important for our team to keep track of decisions we've made and the details behind them. This helps old and new team members alike understand why (and that!) particular decisions were made.

We do so by making separate Wiki pages for each Decision Record (DR) and then: a) Adding the link to the following pages, according to whether the solution was adopted or not, and b) Adding the link to the list of all Decision Records at the bottom, with the relevant icon in front of it
